Ventia are seeking Grounds Person to work on our Department of Justice & Community Safety contract located out of the Cherry Creek Facility (Little River).This is a casual position with potential to go permanent in the near future.The hours of work are Monday - Friday from 7:00am-3:00pm with an hourly rate of $41.11 per hour + Super. Key responsibilities: Deliver high quality gardening including weeding, pruning, spraying, planting, mulching and rubbish removalMowingApplying chemicals and spraysUse a range of horticulture equipmentSkills and Experience: Experience in gardening or other horticultural positionsDrivers LicenceExperience in using minor tools and equipmentAs a part of the recruitment process, you will be asked to obtain an Australian Police check and a Pre-Employment Assessment as part of our background checks.
