Haynes currently have an opportunity for a Grounds Person position to work alongside our client located in Mackay.
Grounds Person About the Role: General ground maintenance tasks such as whipper snipping, patching tracks after race days, rolling divots, and spreading topsoil.
Operating mowers and other vehicles on site as needed.
Working autonomously and performing ad-hoc duties as required, usually following race days.
Maintaining a safe work environment in line with company policies.

About You: Flexible to working when requested Previous groundskeeping experience preferred.
Physically fit to handle manual tasks, such as spreading topsoil and lifting railings.
Able to work effectively in hot and humid conditions.
Must hold a current Driver's Licence and have reliable transport to and from work.
Ability to work autonomously and maintain a safe work environment.
