About the Role We are currently hiring a Grounds Person to assist with various tasks related to garden maintenance.
This is a hands-on role that requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities Operate hand tools and power equipment safely and effectively under the guidance of experienced team members.
Load and unload materials, plants, and equipment from trucks and trailers.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work areas, tools, and equipment.
Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team members.
Variety of Garden and Lawn Maintenance tasks.

About You Previous experience in landscaping, gardening, greenskeeping or a related field is preferred.
Must have valid WWC and Police Check Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, bend, squat, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and the sun.
Strong work ethic and commitment to completing tasks efficiently and to the highest standards.
