Sports Turf & Grounds Supervisor In this role you will oversee the Grounds team and will be responsible for the maintenance and care of school sports fields and outdoor areas, ensuring they are safe, clean, and well-maintained. Responsibilities include supervising and implementing grounds programs, preparing for events, managing equipment, and ensuring all activities comply with safety standards.
Maintenance Officer In this role you will oversee the upkeep, safety, and functionality of the College's facilities. This hands-on role involves regular repairs, maintenance, and inspections across the campus, addressing carpentry, joinery, and other general tasks, as well as assisting with event setup and outdoor space management. You will respond promptly to maintenance requests and ensure minimal disruption to daily school activities and ensuring compliance with safety standards, contributing to a safe and effective learning environment.
Grounds & Utility Officer This is an entry-level, hands-on role focused on the upkeep and safety of the College's outdoor areas. Responsibilities include landscaping, maintaining clean and safe grounds, setting up spaces for school events, and ensuring that tools and equipment comply with safety standards. This position is ideal for someone looking to start their career in school facilities and grounds maintenance.
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience and in accordance with the Tasmanian Catholic Education Single Enterprise Agreement 2018.
