About the Location Ingenia Lifestyle Stoney Creek in Marsden Park is a welcoming over 55s community with resort-style facilities.
It's located in a brilliant space amongst the trees, away from the rush but close to everything you need.
About the Role We are looking for a Grounds and Maintenance Officer to attend to repairs and maintenance issues and maintain the appearance of the site.
Working unsupervised, you will be highly motivated and capable of providing a high level of customer service.
This is a permanent, full-time position.
Responsibilities Administer all repairs and or maintenance to tools, equipment and machineryRegularly check and attend to general repairs to accommodationEnsuring the sites are maintained and presented at a high standard at all timesGarden labour such as pruning, weeding, hedging and mowing are to be completed in a timely manner and of a high quality conditionEnsure the proper and safe use and storage of all materials, consumables and gardening equipmentOther tasks including emptying rubbish bins, and garden restorationAbout You Previous experience working as a handyman or in a maintenance positionDriver's LicenceAbility to work with limited supervisionGreat customer service skills teamed with a positive attitude and a strong attention to detailAvailability to work weekends and public holidays on a rotating rosterProviding an exceptional service to our residents is one of the most important factors for the success of our business.
