Key Responsibilities: Maintain the school grounds by using equipment such as a ride-on lawn mower, as well as pruning, weeding, planting, and litter disposal. Assist with general maintenance, including tasks like replacing locks, doors, light bulbs, and patching holes. Help with moving equipment or furniture as needed. Contribute to school improvement projects, such as painting and landscaping. About You: Qualified in Horticulture or a related field. Knowledgeable in general maintenance work. Eager to learn and grow within a supportive company. Comfortable working independently and within a team. Strong communicator with a passion for the outdoors and a sense of pride in your work. Committed to fostering a positive team culture. Able to pass a police check and Working With Children Check. A driver's license is required. What's on Offer: Full-time hours alternating between 7:30 am–3:30 pm and 8:00 am–4:30 pm. Attractive salary ranging from $70,000 to $85,000 + Super, with access to a work vehicle.
