Working unsupervised, you will be highly motivated and capable of providing a high level of customer service.This is a full-time, permanent position.ResponsibilitiesAdminister all repairs and or maintenance to tools, equipment, and machineryRegularly check and attend to general repairs to accommodationEnsure the sites are maintained and presented at a high standard at all timesGarden labour such as pruning, weeding, hedging, and mowing are to be completed in a timely manner and in high-quality conditionEnsure the proper and safe use and storage of all materials, consumables, and gardening equipmentOther tasks including emptying rubbish bins and garden restorationAbout YouPrevious experience working as a handyman or in a maintenance positionDriver's LicenceAbility to work with limited supervisionGreat customer service skills teamed with a positive attitude and a strong attention to detailAvailability to work weekends and public holidays on a rotating rosterProviding exceptional service to our residents is one of the most important factors for the success of our business.
