$31.07 per hour Full Time - 7.6 hours per day, 5 days a week Your RoleAs a Grounds & Maintenance Officer, your role will assist in the upkeep and maintenance requirements of the Village.
Your tasks will include: Perform gardening duties including mowing of all lawns, and ensuring edges and hedges are trimmed appropriatelyMaintain the village grounds, interior, and building surrounds in a neat, clean, tidy and presentable conditionManage garbage disposal and maintain cleanliness of outside areas/pool areasAssist with general maintenance of the property, general care and securing of equipmentReport on any hazards or security breaches to the Retirement Village ManagerMaintain the village's relevant equipment and supplies and arrange replacement when necessaryPerform driving duties of Ozcare vehicles including courier and delivery duties (as required) Your AttributesWe're looking for a person who has what it takes to support our retirement village team to deliver exceptional services to our clients.
