About the Location Experience a stay in the foothills of the Blue Mountains in Emu Plains at Ingenia Holidays Nepean River. Backing onto the Nepean River, the park offers a range of cabins to suit every traveller, as well as camping and caravan sites, with camp kitchen and BBQ facilities onsite.
Wander to O'Donoghues Irish Pub, Nutrition Station or the Nepean Rowing Club, all nearby, for a bite to eat. For a bit of adventure, head to Cables Wake Park Penrith, indoor skydiving or water golf for a fun-filled family day out.
If you prefer to stay on site, explore the onsite swimming pool or playground, or enjoy the serenity of fishing in the Nepean River.
About the Role We are looking for a Grounds and Maintenance Officer to attend to repairs and maintenance issues and maintain the appearance of the site. Working unsupervised, you will be highly motivated and capable of providing a high level of customer service. This position is casual, with the potential for additional hours to be picked up during peak periods.
Responsibilities Administer all repairs and or maintenance to tools, equipment and machinery Regularly check and attend to general repairs to accommodation and amenities; including fixing toilets and unhinged doors Ensuring the sites are maintained and presented at a high standard at all times Garden labour such as pruning, weeding, hedging and mowing are to be completed in a timely manner and of a high quality condition Ensure the proper and safe use and storage of all materials, consumables and gardening equipment Stripping of beds & removal of all linen from Villas as well as cleaning and maintaining exterior of Villa windows, decking, pathways etc. Other tasks including emptying rubbish bins, and garden restoration About You Previous experience working as a handyman or in a maintenance position Driver's Licence Ability to work with limited supervision Great customer service skills teamed with a positive attitude and a strong attention to detail Availability to work weekends and public holidays on a rotating roster Security of working for an ASX listed organisation Discounted holiday rates at Ingenia Holiday parks Employee rewards and recognition program If you wish to join a successful team in a growing company, please click on the Apply for this job button and submit your resume.
