About the role: As our Grounds and   Maintenance Officer you will: Undertake day-to-day operations of the maintenance department in line with schedule of works; Undertake projects and building and maintenance works as directed; Assist with Gardening & lawn maintenance as required Assist with general handyman maintenance as required Assist with cleaning the outdoor entertainment area at Zion Ensure equipment and garden materials are utilised in a responsible and safe manner  This is a permanent part time role - 24 hours (3 days) per fortnight.  About you: Critical to your success in this role will be a relevant trade qualification, previous experience in commercial maintenance and the proven ability to demonstrate a  customer service focus .  In addition you will need to obtain and maintain a positive National Criminal History Check.  What we can offer you: As well as working for an organisation that genuinely cares, we also offer a competitive salary and access to $15,900 pa in salary packaging options.
