TriCare, one of the leading service providers of Retirement Villages, invites applications for the position of Handyman Officer at Willow Glen Retirement Village at Toowoomba QLD 4350.
It's a permanent Fulltime position with 76 hrs per fortnight on offer.
Qualifications & Experience: Previous hands-on experience in maintenance, building, or construction industries.Skills in carpentry, tiling, painting, plastering, laboring, property maintenance, or handyman tasks.Eligibility to work in Australia is essential.Possession of a White Card is advantageous.Successful completion of a Police Check is required.Tasks & Responsibilities: Manage projects within set time frames with minimal supervision.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ensure high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction.Key Skills: Competence in performing various maintenance tasks, from basic repairs to complex projects.Experience in commercial maintenance work.Excellent verbal communication and respectful interaction with residents, families, colleagues, and contractors.Opportunity to work for a growth-oriented company in a collaborative team environment.Competitive remuneration package.Application Process: Interested candidates, please submit your application via SEEK, addressing it to the Retirement Village Manager.
