Tri Care, one of the leading service providers of Retirement Villages, invites applications for the position of Handyman Officer at Willow Glen Retirement Village at Toowoomba QLD 4350.
It's a permanent Fulltime position with 76 hrs per fortnight on offer.
Qualifications & Experience: Previous hands-on experience in maintenance, building, or construction industries.
Skills in carpentry, tiling, painting, plastering, laboring, property maintenance, or handyman tasks.
Eligibility to work in Australia is essential.
Possession of a White Card is advantageous.
Successful completion of a Police Check is required.
Tasks & Responsibilities: Manage projects within set time frames with minimal supervision.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ensure high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction.
Key Skills: Competence in performing various maintenance tasks, from basic repairs to complex projects.
Experience in commercial maintenance work.
Excellent verbal communication and respectful interaction with residents, families, colleagues, and contractors.
