The Greg Norman designed Golf Course is at an exciting stage of transition to further enhance the quality of all playing surfaces. Settlers Run Golf and Country Club has gained the reputation of being a highly presented layout with capital works in the coming growing seasons to continue elevating levels of turf surfaces and members enjoyment. A genuine passion and enthusiastic approach are required for this role and on the job, training will be provided in all key areas.
What you'll be doing Perform general grounds maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, trimming, and weedingAssist with the upkeep and care of the golf course, including tee boxes, fairways, and greensOperate and maintain various landscaping equipment and tools in a safe and efficient mannerIdentify and address any issues or problems with the grounds in a timely mannerCollaborate with the grounds team to ensure the highest standards of presentation and cleanlinessAdhere to all health, safety, and environmental regulationsWhat we're looking for Previous experience as a Groundskeeper or in a similar grounds' maintenance roleStrong attention to detail and a keen eye for maintaining high-quality landscapesProficient in the use of various landscaping equipment and toolsAbility to work independently as well as part of a teamExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsA commitment to providing exceptional customer serviceFlexibility to work weekends and public holidays as requiredWhat we offer Opportunities for career development and growthA positive and supportive work environmentAccess to world-class golf and leisure facilitiesAbout us Settlers Run Golf and Country Club is a premier golf and lifestyle destination located in the heart of Botanic Ridge, Victoria.
