Currently looking to move away from the typical split-shift system seen in the industry, we are seeking dedicated staff members to join the Ballarat team full-time, for morning shifts.

McEvoy Mitchell Racing is a leading Thoroughbred Racing Stable with state-of-the-art facilities in both Ballarat, Victoria and Angaston, South Australia.

Position: Ground Staff (Full-time, Part-time, or Casual)

Daily Duties: Mucking out boxesAll aspects of horse husbandryDaily exercising, swimming & treadmill operationsEfficient saddling for trackworkRace meeting and trial attendanceSundays are worked on a one in three roster.

The successful candidates will enjoy above award rates commensurate with their experience.
