Here's what you can expect in your day.A day in the life at Petstock Bunbury…Lead and operate a profitable grooming salonLead by example & coach your team to achieve and develop skills furtherWork with the Store Manager to recruit, onboard and induct high calibre new grooming Team MembersProvide full grooming services to a range of breeds - bathing, drying, nail clipping, brushing, combing, generic & breed clippingProvide a positive and memorable grooming experience for all customers and their dogsCoordinate the grooming salon and clients in conjunction with the Store ManagerMake client bookingsAssist store shop floor team when requiredStock managementWork with Store Manager & team to ensure member program targets and expectations are metProactively support local marketing opportunities and recruitment referral programsWork with the team to achieve and exceed sales targetsMaintain a strong safety mindset with commitment to create a culture of safety within your teamWhat We Need…Experience in a similar role or a senior Groomer ready to take that leadership step in their careerAdvanced knowledge of specific breed clipsStrong leadership skills with ability to motivate & lead their team to reach store, team, and individual goalsAbility to create and embed strong safety practices across the salon & storeDemonstrated success in building sales and achieving sales/customer targetsSolid business & financial acumenDemonstrated experience in handling and working with live animalsPhysically fit, as you may be required to lift heavy animalsAbility to be flexible in order to meet changing work conditionsAbility to prioritise and manage conflicting prioritiesA commitment to represent the interests of Petstock in areas related to the business, branding and animal careStrong interpersonal skills with ability to build strong working and customer relationshipsExceptional verbal & written communication skillsStrong attention to detail skillsOur diversity makes us better...we are a diverse team with varying strengths and an inclusive organisation, committed to providing equal opportunities for all.We encourage applications from people of diverse backgrounds who wish to be part of a culture where everyone can proudly be themselves.#J-18808-Ljbffr
