As a Grocery Team Member, you will ensure our store looks beautiful by keeping each aisle well stocked, neat, tidy, and organized.
You'll offer customers welcoming and attentive service by answering any questions they have and offering assistance if required.
You will also work with your team to receive and organize stock deliveries.
You will need: A friendly attitude and good communication skillsA love of working with food and people (colleagues and customers)Energy, initiative, and willingness to take directionThe ability to follow company procedures and regulations (particularly regarding food handling and workplace health and safety)Ongoing daytime availability for at least 3-4 days per week and every second weekend.

Pay rates are set by the General Retail Industry Award.
The 2024 - 2025 base hourly pay rates for level 1 adults are:
Full time Weekdays $25.65Saturday $32.06Sunday $38.48Casual Weekdays $32.06Saturday $38.48Sunday $44.89Additional penalty rates apply to public holidays and some overtime and early morning shifts.
