Business / Systems Analysts (Information & Communication Technology)Full timeWe are partnering with an IT Services Company in search of a Senior Business Analyst with extensive knowledge of business process modelling applications, including SAP Signavio.
In this role, you will be working with different client organizations to develop BPMN 2.0 compliant business process models and identify areas of improvement.Responsibilities:Develop current state and future state financial business process models and documentation across people, processes, information, and technology for clients in the mining, metals, and minerals industries.Facilitate workshops with clients, review client process documentation, and interact with client process leads and subject matter experts.To be successful in this role, you'll bring:Proficiency with the SAP Signavio modelling platform.Knowledge of the ISO 8000 standard would be a huge bonus.Minimum of 5 years' experience developing business process models, with a preference for:Experience modelling operations processes (maintenance and/or production) or data management processes.Experience within mining, metals, and mineral industries.Experience modelling with BPMN 2.0.Strong expertise in engaging with business stakeholders—from supervisors to executive teams—through workshops and interviews.A proven ability to thrive in global, virtual work environments and culturally diverse teams.This is a permanent opportunity with a target start date of mid to late January 2025.
