Strong analytical skills with budget management and a proven track record of driving sales growth. Organizational skills, passion for hospitality, and positive attitude. Responsibilities Motivate and lead a team for sales growth and engagement. Collaborate with Growth Coaches for high-standard operations, including rostering, recruitment, stock management, and compliance. Support team development through check-ins, performance reviews, and talent pipelines. Manage business financials, including profit & loss, budgets, and KPIs.
