About the role: We currently have a full time position available for a reliable, flexible and customer service officer to join the Freight team in Darwin . Your key responsibilities will include: Coordinating freight distribution for the region Loading and unloading freight from coaches and trailers, involving repetitive manual handling Processing quotes, bookings and payments for freight consignments Providing customer service of a high standard Responding to enquires at the freight counter and over the phone Maintaining computerised records for administration purposes Providing general support to the team.
