Greenwich Specialist Consulting Rooms is a collaborative practice comprising a team of independent psychiatrists, all working together under one roof. About the Role: The Practice Manager is accountable for provision of management services to the business. These services are predominantly those of financial management and staff management. This position is part time, Monday to Friday between the hours of 7:30am- 6:30pm.
Staff Performance Recruitment, induction, and training staff. Determination of the work of these staff, including position definition, task types and task allocation in response to the needs of the business Development and review of systems of staff performance appraisal and training needs analysis Review of the performance of staff Development and maintenance of appropriate human resources systems Financial Performance Assist external accountant with preparation of statutory reports and accounts Manage and process payroll Maintenance of business records Ensure collection of debt Business Planning In consultation with the associates, determination of goals and objectives for the business for (1 – 3) years Preparation of budgets and annual plans to meet the objectives of the business and the Associates Reporting against plan to Associates at determined intervals Develop strategies for change and growth. About You: It is essential that you have Practice Management experience. Experience in Halaxy software is also very desirable. Collaborative spirit paired with the ability to work independently. You can rise to challenges and difficulties that are present in the job Ability to communicate verbally and in writing Strong leadership and team-building experience Ability to devise and review systems for operational efficiency and control Proven skills in financial management, including budgeting, invoicing and payroll.
