Reporting to the Digital Performance Manager, this role will directly contribute to the ongoing digital performance of our brands across, but not limited to, SEM, Paid Social and Performance Display.
The Digital Performance Specialist will contribute to the optimization of campaigns to deliver against key metrics including CPL/CPA targets, lead volumes, and achieving revenue and profit goals across the suite of platforms.
Working closely with the Digital Performance Manager, you will have the scope to continually test and learn new channels to diversify our channel mix, stay relevant, maximize our reach, whilst ensuring we are maximizing performance and driving incremental leads/profits.
In addition, you will problem solve and drive market insights whilst being an integral part in our advanced experimentation strategies.
This is a great role for anyone who has managed performance-based campaigns and has a broad appreciation for digital marketing and emerging technologies whilst helping manage enterprise level budgets.
What are we looking for?
A minimum of 2+ years experience in a similar role Solid understanding of Search advertising (Google & Bing), proficient in using editor and campaign planning tools Proficient with SEM best practices and preferably Google Ads & Microsoft Ads certified Excellent written and verbal communication skills (including presentation skills) Strong analytical skills and ability to relate results to brand business objectives Self-motivated and thrives in a fast-paced environment Proactive, assertive and a good team-player Demonstrates a passion for learning and growth within the digital marketing space, and new developments in this area Creative, strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial approach Excellent time management skills and ability to manage a diverse portfolio of clients or stakeholders Strong interpersonal skills and ability to confidently build relationships, as well as the ability to present and report to clients Proficient in using Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel JIRA or similar project/task management software Our Promise to Our People We are passionate about our core values of Customer First, We Care, One Team, and Results Driven, which define how we approach our work.
