Our WSP Canberra office is looking to appoint a Senior to Associate-level Civil Engineer to join the leadership team.

Our Canberra team is working on small, medium and large projects across a range of sectors, including projects in Defence and DFAT.
We have a national team approach to all our projects, meaning you will work on projects across Australia, not just in the ACT, ensuring you gain a breadth of experience across a diverse range of projects and industries.
What you'll do: Work on iconic projects.
Manage ongoing communication and highly effective professional relationships with clients.
Lead and deliver current civil engineering projects from inception through to construction in support of technical and commercial standards, within time constraints and cost budgets.
Work in a varied, hands-on role with a leadership angle across design management, superintendency, and site surveillance.
Delegate and supervise the work of junior engineers.
Partner with internal stakeholders and a collaborative, national team in a multidisciplinary engineering setting.
About you: Solid industry experience on Australian civil engineering projects in a consulting environment.
Well versed in effectively delivering multiple, concurrent projects ranging in scale and sector, e.g.
commercial, residential, industrial, land development, subdivisions, and infrastructure/roads.
Strong client relationship management and project management skills.
Sound working knowledge of relevant Standards and Codes (AS/NZS 3500, NCC, etc.).
Proficiency with 12D and Civil 3D (desirable but not essential).
Drainage software experience preferred.
