Due to continuing growth, an opportunity now exists for the role of Business Development Manager to join our Melbourne team.

Requirements: Integrity, loyalty, and hard work are highly valued and will be well compensated.
You may notice this is the first and foremost requirement because we want like-minded talent to join our existing team.
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and business development, specifically in the window and façade industry, with a demonstrated history of successful sales.
Fluent in both spoken and written English.
Able to build a rapport in a short time with new potential clients.
Able to maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
Meet KPI requirements on quotes, sales, quote to sales conversion.
Manage and track client orders and ensure the timely delivery of goods and services.
Prepare sales reports and CRM records.
Saturday roster may be required.
Car, laptop, phone provided.
Commission on sales.
