This 8-month maternity leave contract will play a key role in working closely with a patch of our Centres, ensuring continuity in the absence of the Partner and delivering a high level of support across all things people.
As the People and Culture Partner, you will have the opportunity to grow your skills at the grassroots level and master your craft within this collaborative and supportive team.
Day to day, you will: Be the first point of contact for your stakeholders, answering general people-related queries. Administer and case manage Worker's Compensation claims. Coordinate and administer RTO and traineeships. Coordinate government incentives and funding. With the support of the team, own the end-to-end recruitment process for Support Office hires. Review metrics and assist in developing reports. Prepare letters and contracts. Maintain HR files. Coordinate passion projects like our attraction and retention strategies. Other special projects as required/desired. You will be: An experienced HR Coordinator/Advisor, or agency sourcer/internal sourcer/recruiter interested in building your skills across human resources. Passionate and dedicated to producing work of high quality and maintaining a high standard. Experienced in working independently and managing your time effectively. Highly organised with proven experience juggling a long task list and a wide range of demands. Comfortable working in a highly confidential environment. Friendly and professional, with exceptional support skills. Flexible and adaptable to meet the changing needs of the business as it continues to grow. A team player, happy to work together to achieve big-picture outcomes. Able to build strong relationships with people at all levels of the organisation. Highly motivated and driven, looking for ongoing growth and development. Your new role will require you to hold: A Degree in Human Resources/Psychology/Business, or equivalent relevant qualifications. 2-3 years experience in a similar role.
