Responsibilities Assist with leading a team of maintenance staff, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
Follow schedules and prioritise tasks to ensure timely completion of garden maintenance activities, including planting, hedging, weeding, pruning, and fertilising.
Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to the team to enhance their horticultural skills and safety practices.
Regularly inspect garden areas to assess their condition, identify improvements needed, and implement corrective actions.

About You Certificate III in Horticulture, Parks & Gardens or minimum 5 years' experience.
Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain.
White Card.
Valid Driver's license.
Team player with excellent communication skills.
