Responsibilities Assist with leading a team of maintenance staff, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.Follow schedules and prioritise tasks to ensure timely completion of garden maintenance activities, including planting, hedging, weeding, pruning and fertilising.Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to the team to enhance their horticultural skills and safety practices.Regularly inspect garden areas to assess their condition, identify improvements needed, and implement corrective actions.Minimum Requirements Certificate III in Horticulture, Parks & Gardens or minimum 5 years experience.Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain.White Card.Valid Driver's license.Team player with excellent communication skills.About Our Team & Culture Discover Green by Nature, our purpose is to enhance lives by constructing, nurturing, and maintaining exceptional green spaces.
