Administration Officer - Early Years Do you have a passion for supporting children and families through your great administration skills? We are looking for an individual to work 8:15 to 5:00pm – Monday to Friday.
This role offers a wide variety of tasks within a supportive department and requires the ability to be flexible and adaptive to variable time frames and responsibilities that support educators and nurses in services for children before school entry.
Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the Early Years team. Utilize high-level computer skills with the Microsoft suite and quickly learn new programs. Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills. Respond inclusively to our diverse community. Minimum Requirements: High-level computer skills. Excellent communication skills. Flexibility and adaptability in responsibilities. Individuals looking for less than full-time work (2 or 3 days per week) are encouraged to apply. Some flexibility can be considered for the right candidates.
