WHAT'S THE JOB?
Design and build sophisticated and highly scalable apps using Flutter.
Use CI / CD for smooth deployment.
Build custom packages in Flutter using the functionalities and APIs already available in native Android and iOS.
Translate and build the designs and wireframes into high-quality responsive UI code.
Use Model-View-Controller (MVC) and Model-View-View Model-Controller (MVVM) as it relates to designing, developing architecture, and developing maintainable, testable, and functional software that meets product requirements.
Explore feasible architectures for implementing new features.
Resolve any problems existing in the system and suggest and add new features in the complete system.
Suggest space and time-efficient data structures.
Follow the best practices while developing the app and keeping everything structured and well documented.
WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE DO YOU NEED?
BE / B.
Tech / M. Tech / MCA / MCS / MCM or any other related discipline.
Min 2 years' experience with building scalable applications on Flutter for Android and iOS, version control systems (Bitbucket, Git, etc.).
Strong Flutter UI building skills.
Strong knowledge of algorithms and data structures.
Experience with developing mobile applications using any other technology.
Knowledge of unit & integration testing, agile development process, Jira, API integration.
Demonstrated experience working on application development projects and test-driven development.
Experience in writing high-quality code.
Good logical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to think about scalability and reusability while developing Flutter widgets.
Ability to handle updates in UI with high-frequency data changes.
Ability to think out of the box for developing widgets / plugins which are not present in Flutter.

They deliver high-quality HRIS systems both here in Australia and the US.
This redesign and exciting new vision have created the need for a brand new UI / UX Designer to assist in improving and designing a forward-thinking front-end experience for the user.
Job tasks and responsibilities
As the UI / UX Designer, you will act as the creative and user translator for the rest of the team.
You will be collaborating and working closely with the Product Manager and the development teams and the clients to ensure the front end is always easy to use and ahead of the game.
As the UX lead, you will be required to present to both internal and external stakeholders to ensure all concepts, designs, and changes are presented clearly.
Research must be completed thoroughly and utilize customer knowledge and insights as well as market trends.
Skills and experience
Must have strong knowledge of contemporary frameworks.
Must have proven design capabilities.
Must be an engaging and capable demonstrator and presenter.
Team player and possess the ability to multitask.
Ideally, you will have worked with Government and Education clients.
Road mapping experience a must.
