Graphic Designer / Video Editor

In this role, you will be responsible for creating, designing, and maintaining high-quality visual content for various digital channels, including social media, events, internal screens, websites, and intranet platforms.
You will play a key role in ensuring that all materials are visually compelling, professionally formatted, and aligned with our branding guidelines.
The ideal candidate will have strong design skills, excellent attention to detail, and experience working with multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities Design & Production: Create and edit engaging digital content, including PowerPoint presentations, financial reports, brochures, flyers, and other marketing collateral.Brand Management: Ensure brand consistency across all materials, maintain and update the corporate style guide, and design templates.Video & Motion Graphics: Edit and produce video content using Premiere Pro. Filming experience on-site is a plus. Experience with After Effects is a bonus.Microsoft & Adobe Software Expertise: Work with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro) to create polished, professional designs.Communication Support: Assist with internal communication activities, including events, presentations, and employee engagement initiatives.Project Management & Administration: Manage enquiries, provide project support, and maintain an organised file system in SharePoint.Qualifications & Experience 3+ years of experience in an in-house design roleProven proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro), with experience in PowerPoint and WordFilming experience and motion graphics knowledge (After Effects) is a bonusExcellent design sense, with a solid understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principlesStrong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects with tight deadlinesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsIf you're passionate about design, creative content, and working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, APPLY NOW!
