About the role:
We're on the lookout for a Graphic Designer to join our beauty-based team. You'll bring your advanced design skills to create captivating content for our brands including esmi Skin Minerals, PONi Cosmetics, Sun Skills, and Lip Heroes. With a large focus on digital, you'll collaborate with our Marketing team to craft engaging social media graphics, EDMs, web visuals, and print materials, while staying at the forefront of design trends.
Role & Responsibilities: Produce creative assets including marketing campaign creative across digital ads, social media, EDMs, direct mail and print collateral. Take guidance from creative leads on the multi-channel creative brief, create designs across marketing levers for digital channel execution while ensuring a coherent campaign across all channels. Present concepts and ideas in a clear and compelling manner; articulating creative direction choices that place UX at the forefront and optimises conversion. Stay across all Marketing meetings, emails and chat to ensure communication between the team is always strong. Support monthly report presentations with an overview of creative outputs. Proactively identify learnings and opportunities to maximise content performance in line with market trends, brand and campaigns. Skills & Experience: A minimum of 4 years' experience as a Graphic Designer. Experience in print and digital media, including but not limited to: EDMs, social media graphics, web graphics, packaging and booklets. Advanced skills and proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud Apps, namely Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Basic to intermediate video editing skills using Premiere (highly regarded). Strong growth mindset and a knack for turning challenges into stunning visuals that exceed expectations. Adaptable to various design styles and aesthetics. Ability to work independently while seamlessly integrating with our collaborative team. A creative thinker who thrives on pushing boundaries and exploring fresh perspectives. A willingness to embrace feedback and take direction with grace and professionalism. Exceptional communication abilities and a strong work ethic. Attention to detail.
