The National Renewable Network (NRN) is expanding its innovative approach to renewable energy by building an in-house marketing agency dedicated to supporting our Solar Retail Partners (SRPs).
This new team will be pivotal in driving lead generation, increasing sales, and amplifying the impact of NRN's platform across Australia.
As part of this dynamic team, you'll collaborate with forward-thinking professionals in marketing strategy, lead generation, and creative design to help SRPs connect with more customers and grow their businesses.

The Roles:These new roles are critical to building and executing NRN's marketing strategies for SRPs:

Account Manager: The trusted advisor for SRPs, ensuring their marketing needs are met with tailored strategies and campaigns.
Lead Generation Specialist: The architect behind data-driven ad campaigns that deliver high-quality leads.
Graphic Designer: The creative force producing impactful visuals and marketing materials that resonate with customers.

Creative Development

Design digital ads, flyers, infographics, social media visuals, and other marketing materials.
Develop high-quality creative concepts tailored to campaign objectives and SRP needs.
Create versatile assets suitable for multi-platform use, including print and digital formats.
Maintain consistency across all assets by adhering to NRN and SRP brand guidelines.
Video Content

Develop short videos and animations for SRPs' campaigns, supporting lead generation initiatives.
Edit and optimise video content for performance across digital platforms and social media.
Create engaging motion graphics and animations to enhance campaign messaging.
Print Production

Create high-quality print-ready materials for events, campaigns, and SRP promotions.
Manage print production processes, ensuring quality outputs for brochures, flyers, and banners.
Coordinate with vendors for timely and cost-effective printing solutions.
Brand Alignment

Ensure all assets align with NRN and SRP brand guidelines and campaign messaging.
Act as a brand steward, maintaining visual consistency across all touchpoints.
Content Innovation

Stay updated on design trends and tools to deliver innovative, creative solutions.
Develop interactive visuals where applicable to increase user engagement.
Collaboration

Work with Account Managers and Lead Generation Specialists to bring campaign strategies to life.
Collaborate with external vendors for specialised production or design needs.
Participate in brainstorming sessions to align creative concepts with marketing goals.
Platform Management

Use tools like Canva, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Final Cut Pro to efficiently produce assets.
Maintain organised libraries of design assets for ease of access and future use.
Ensure projects meet deadlines while upholding the highest creative standards.
Compliance and Quality Control

Ensure SRPs adhere to NRN's guidelines, including compliance with energy and solar industry regulations.
Monitor marketing content to ensure alignment with NRN's compliance policies and legal standards.
Conduct periodic audits of partner campaigns to verify quality and compliance requirements.
Address compliance violations swiftly and provide coaching to prevent future issues.
Skills and experience required

Design Proficiency: 5+ years of graphic design experience, with Canva, Illustrator, Photoshop, and video tools expertise.
Creative Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing digital, print, and video content for marketing campaigns.
Video Production Skills: Experience creating video content, including animations and basic editing (Final Cut Pro or similar).
Print Production Knowledge: Ability to design and prepare print materials (brochures, flyers, etc.)
for production.
Time Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Collaboration: Experience working closely with marketing teams to execute cohesive, high-performing campaigns.
Content Innovation: Demonstrated ability to introduce fresh creative ideas to engage target audiences effectively.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to design and production to ensure high-quality outputs.
Knowledge of Marketing Trends: Up-to-date with current design trends and digital marketing best practices.
