Responsibilities:Design Creation: Develop engaging and creative designs for various media, including websites, social media, marketing campaigns, presentations, and print materials.Brand Consistency: Ensure that all designs align with the company's brand guidelines and visual identity.Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, content, and product teams to deliver high-quality visual content.Concept Development: Generate ideas and creative concepts for branding, advertising campaigns, and product packaging.Revisions and Feedback: Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and revise designs as needed to meet project requirements.File Preparation: Prepare and optimize design files for print and digital distribution.Industry Trends: Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and techniques to bring fresh ideas to the table.Time Management: Handle multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and managing priorities effectively.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.Experience: 2-4 years of professional experience in graphic design (agency or in-house experience preferred).Skills:Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Sketch, or Figma.Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative work across digital and print platforms.Excellent typography, layout, and color theory skills.Ability to understand and implement brand guidelines.Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.Familiarity with UI/UX principles is a plus.Personal Attributes: Creative, detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and open to feedback.Working with DTCjob.com will be more than just getting a job; it is like landing into an ecosystem that ensures your long-term success in the DTC world.
