Graphic Designer

This is a Mid-Weight Designer role for a fast-growing luxury furniture brand based in Sydney. The ideal candidate will have strong creative skills and a portfolio of work which demonstrates their skills in design and visual communication and previous experience within an in-house role. This candidate will have experiences designing across website, eDMs and social media content as well as print formats.
Responsibilities Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency of designs across web and social content. Create tasteful designs in-line with brand guidelines. Handle scheduling and posting across channels such as Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Pinterest, TikTok, and occasionally YouTube. Develop, resize, and retouch website graphics, including homepage designs, journal layouts, and product imagery. Assist with photoshoots and create behind-the-scenes content for seasonal campaigns. Edit videos to refresh existing footage and create engaging content. Design internal marketing documents to maintain a cohesive brand identity across all materials. Create moodboards and presentations for trade clients and projects. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Design and Visual Communication is essential. 3-5 years of experience in design and visual communication. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Premier Pro. Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills, and design skills. In-house design experience essential. Strong portfolio of work. This is a hybrid role based in Paddington.
