We are seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to fill a key role in our team on an eighteen-month contract, covering parental leave.
Reporting to the Communications & Marketing Manager, you will be a highly organised individual who thrives working in a corporate environment where your creativity and attention to detail will shine through into your work.
Key responsibilities of the Graphic Designer include: Manage graphic design projects, overseeing all stages from concept, design, production, to completion and delivery.Create flyers, brochures, folders, banners, posters, signage, annual reports, presentations, newsletters, invitations, e-flyers, and other marketing materials.Present design concepts at various stages for stakeholder review and approval.Contribute to developing and planning internal brand strategies.Work closely and collaboratively with other members of the NRW Marcomms team on creative projects.Ensure the quality of creative work is maintained and the brand identity is not compromised.Collaborate with internal and external designers to ensure consistency across all materials.To be successful in this position you will require: Relevant qualifications in Graphic Design, Communication and/or MarketingMinimum 5 years' experience in branding, print and web design, working within an in-house creative department or other creative team environmentsHigh level of Adobe Creative Suite and WordPress skillsHigh level of Microsoft skillsExperience designing across a range of media (both print and digital)High level of written and verbal communication skills with excellent proofreading skillsPrevious experience within the Civil or Mining sectors would be highly desirableWhat we can offer you: Competitive salary, flexibility and career opportunitiesFree parkingIncome Protection InsuranceEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Salary sacrifice options availableEmployee benefits such as paid parental leave, retail discounts, health insurance discounts and much more.NRW is an Equal Opportunity Employer and we strongly support diversity in our workforce.
