What You'll Do

As the NBL's
Graphic Designer
, you'll create visually engaging and innovative designs to enhance the League's brand across platforms. Key responsibilities include:


Designing social media, digital content, game-day materials.

Create visually engaging presentations by converting PowerPoint and Word content into polished InDesign documents.

Create and implement brands and style guides for consistent visual identity.

Supporting game-day content creation and rapid-turnaround graphics for events.

Producing motion graphics/animations to enhance storytelling.

Collaborating with multiple teams to align creative assets with campaign goals.


What You Bring


5-7 years of Graphic Design experience, ideally in sports or media.

Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.

Strong design principles, including typography, layout, and brand alignment.

A passion for basketball or sports, with the ability to translate it into creative outputs.

Experience in motion design/animations and video editing.

Thrive in a fast-paced business environment.

Detail-oriented with excellent communication and time management skills.
