The Opportunity An exciting role for a highly creative Graphic Designer to play an integral role in accelerating UNIQLO Australia's visual communication to continuously engage and connect with customers across Australia. As our Graphic Designer, you will have the opportunity to help UNIQLO extend our customer-centric LifeWear philosophies into visually captivating assets across multiple touch points. We are looking for a passionate team player to work alongside like-minded peers to bring more value to our customers' lives.
Key Responsibilities Create visually engaging in-store marketing and merchandising collateralDevelop assets to support omnichannel marketing across stores, OOH, eCommerce, social, email, display, other digital touchpoints and moreCoordinate with stakeholders to manage the end-to-end design of key campaigns. Key stakeholders include Marketing/PR, Visual Merchandising, Store Operations and eCommerceWork collaboratively with our design agency on mid to long term projectsProactively provide creative solutions to continuously improve UNIQLO's visual communication with our customers About You Skills:
Proficient in the Adobe suite of programs, predominantly on InDesign, Photoshop and IllustratorSufficient skills in utilising video editing and/or animation softwareHighly creative thinker with a keen eye for detailExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong project management skills with the capability to complete tasks in a timely manner Knowledge:
Deep understanding of working with brand guidelines, capability to adapt, localise and elevate UNIQLO's brand and tone of voiceStrong understanding of the latest design industry trends and best practicesCommercial awareness on how to elevate business outcomes Experience:
Minimum 2 – 4 years' experience in a graphic design or similar rolePrior experience in a retail environment is a plus but not essentialProven ability to influence and engage stakeholders from all levelsAbility to be agile in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentExperience of working in a cross-cultural environment is desirable Key Stakeholders:
Internal: Marketing, Digital Marketing, PR, Store Operations, E-Commerce, Merchandising, Sustainability, HR and Visual MerchandisingExternal: Design Agency or Freelancers What's in it for You?
