We're thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity to join the Arlo & Co team as a Junior Graphic Designer.
Arlo & Co is a friendly, dynamic team who is seeking a graphic designer, who has a positive can-do attitude, on a full-time ongoing basis.
With a focus on excellence, reliability, attention to detail and efficiency, the Graphic Designer works across file creation, product design, digital print and marketing streams of the business - assisting with design, file creation and content requirements, business wide.
Working collaboratively with the wider Arlo & Co team is key, and you'll be asked to bring plans to life while ensuring digital assets are delivered on-time, and in line with expected accuracy and quality.
Every day, you'll be: Designing: Create captivating graphics, eDMs and creative assets for social media, web, and marketing campaigns. Preparing digital artwork files: Part of your role will include assisting with the preparation of cutting and printing files for the Arlo & Co production team, that nail the brief and meet the specs required for each project. Photo Editing: You'll occasionally be assisting with Photoshop retouching and editing video content for a variety of purposes. Collaborating: Work closely with our marketing and production teams as part of a small, supportive crew who collaborate daily. If you prefer to work completely solo? This isn't the job for you. What We're Looking For: Tertiary qualification in Graphic Design, or equivalent experience. In-depth working knowledge of Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Proficiency with Content Creation, Klaviyo, CapCut, Canva, and other relevant programs are an excellent advantage (but not a requirement). Demonstrable graphic design skills with a portfolio to show. A strong eye for visual design and typography skills. Understanding of multimedia and advertisement design, website design, social media platforms, and best practices. Ability to take a brief and work from concept to finished art under (sometimes very quick!) deadlines. Why Join Us? A chance to grow and develop your skills in a supportive and creative environment. Leading, award-winning e-commerce business that values care, connection & opportunity. Work in a collaborative team that values fresh ideas and innovation. Competitive salary and benefits. The nitty-gritty: You must be an Australian Resident to apply. Must be available for immediate start. This is an in-house role, working on site in our Chirnside Park (Vic) Studio office. If this sounds like you, please submit your application (or any questions you may have) to ******.
You can send your application in any format you wish.
In your application, please ensure you address the following:
