This is your chance to unleash your creativity, working on exciting projects across government, not-for-profit, and small-to-medium enterprises.Key Responsibilities: Create and deliver compelling visual designs across digital and print platforms, including websites, social media, campaigns, and branded collateral.Collaborate with the marketing and design team to develop innovative concepts that align with client goals and the agency's vision.Work efficiently across multiple projects, prioritising deadlines while maintaining a high level of creativity and attention to detail.Ensure all design work adheres to brand guidelines while exploring fresh and impactful creative ideas.Stay updated with design trends, tools, and techniques to push creative boundaries.Contribute to client presentations, clearly articulating design concepts and rationale.Knowledge and Skills:3–5 years of experience as a graphic designer with a strong, diverse portfolio showcasing creative excellence in both digital and print mediums.Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); experience with motion design tools (e.g., After Effects) is a plus.Demonstrated ability to manage and deliver high-quality work across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, layout, and branding principles.Excellent time management, organisational skills, and attention to detail.Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with a proactive and adaptable approach to teamwork.Experience in agency settings is a plus but not essential.What's on Offer:The chance to make a significant impact within a growing business, contributing to its expansion and success.Attractive remuneration package.Enjoy Launceston's beautiful waterfront views, rich historical sites, and wildlife.If you're ready to take your career to the next level and join a dynamic team, please APPLY NOW by submitting your resume and cover letter outlining your relevant experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
