We are seeking an exceptional Email Designer to create conversion-driven, on-brand designs, and THEN implement your designs in Klaviyo.
Deliver exceptional, conversion-driven, and on-brand designs, then build them in Klaviyo. If you can create emails that make the clients happy and get 1.5% clicks or above, that's what we're looking for.
KPI #2: Timely Delivery
Ensuring deliverables are 2 weeks ahead of schedule. We usually send 12 email campaigns per month for each client, flow emails are not included but needed at times depending on clients. If we're a fit, you'll be handling multiple clients so make sure you have the availability.
KPI #3: Constant Improvements
As you become more familiar with each brand, you should be able to hit the brand guidelines and create better converting designs. This will streamline our collaboration and reduce the need for extensive revisions.
That way you'll be able to focus on creating exceptional designs instead of making edits over and over. On the other hand, we'll have extra availability to dive deep into strategy to drive results for clients, so we can keep them long-term (i.e. you'll get consistent work from us). Win-win.
• Design visually stunning email templates and create captivating visual assets for email marketing campaigns.
• Build and implement email designs within email marketing platforms, such as Klaviyo, by uploading images and GIFs, adjusting spacing and padding, selecting appropriate fonts and sizes, creating buttons and footers, and ensuring mobile responsiveness.
• Collaborate closely with the email marketing manager and copywriter to ensure alignment with campaign objectives and branding guidelines.
• Develop multiple mockups of base email templates for new clients to choose from, utilizing their marketing materials and brand assets.
• Implement feedback provided by the email marketing manager in a timely manner, ensuring all changes and revisions are accurately implemented.
• Adapt to different brand guidelines and design concepts, catering to the unique aesthetics of each client.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design and email marketing.
