This role is perfect for someone seeking an exciting, creative opportunity with touch points across the entire business.As the Graphic Designer and Content Creator, you'll be responsible for bringing No Pong's vibe to life—whether it's creating eye-catching campaigns with the Marketing Team, sharing fresh ideas, or connecting with our customers in person and online. You'll be the go-to for making sure our customers smile when they connect visually with our brand.This is a full-time, remote role based in Australia.In this role, you will:Have Talent & Energy: Bring both to the table in everything you do.Collaborate: Work with our Marketing Team to develop concepts for ad campaigns and our owned marketing channels.Bring No Pong to life: Be responsible for bringing No Pong to life visually, across all of our channels. This is not a conceptual role. You will need to bring your concepts to life with impeccable execution and creativity!Go above and beyond: Find creative ways to surprise and delight our customers and leave them with a smile on their faces.Pitch concepts: Bring new ideas internally to our No Pong team.Be customer facing: On occasion, travel to meet customers to tell their story and bring them to life, as well as taking them out to lunches!Manage Email Inbox: Respond in a friendly, clear, and timely manner.Respond to Customers: Monitor our social media posts and evaluate their performance.Liaise and support other members of our No Pong team: Ensure that all our external-facing communications are clear and effective.Improve Systems and Efficiencies: Provide insights and suggestions for continuous improvement.Exhibit excellent spelling and grammar: Stay true to our Brand Voice and Values.Learn! As a team, we are all constantly learning and growing. We have a number of go-to resources for knowledge growth as marketing changes in the world around us, and you always lean in.Who you are:The ideal candidate will have recently graduated from design school, with extensive experience using social media platforms.You will need an extremely high attention to detail – here's a test: make sure to include the phrase 'lavender bunny' in your cover letter, also addressing how you are the perfect candidate for this role.In addition, you:Need to be a master of your tools of the trade – Adobe Creative Suite, plus the fast-moving and evolving suite of social media content creation apps.Must be just as comfortable spec'ing artwork print files for our tins, or a B2B catalogue page, as you are chatting with a customer and bringing their story to life on TikTok!Must be resourceful.
