ProSidian services focus on the broad spectrum of Risk Management, Compliance, Business Process, IT Effectiveness, Energy & Sustainability, and Talent Management.ProSidian Seeks a Graphic Designer - Business Analysis and Training Support (Adobe) (AFRC5) located: CONUS - Aurora, Colorado to provide Sector related Solutions for on behalf of The Space Force.JOB OVERVIEWAs a Graphic Designer (Adobe) for ProSidian Consulting's engagement with the Air Force Reserve, you will create visually engaging and impactful training content for Individual Reserve (IR) Airmen clients, government staff, and stakeholders.RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIESCollaborate closely with the ProSidian Engagement Team to understand the training goals and objectives, translating them into visually appealing and effective training materials.Design and develop a range of training content, including animations, quizzes, tests, slides, and scenario-based training videos.Create original visual materials, illustrations, animations, and videos that effectively communicate complex concepts.Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, etc.) to enhance the overall learning experience.Ensure that the training content is tailored to the unique needs of different audiences.Work closely with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy.Collaborate with the technical and project management teams to meet deadlines.Stay updated with the latest design trends and e-learning best practices.Desired QualificationsProven experience as a graphic designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects.Strong understanding of graphic design principles and visual communication.Excellent creative and conceptual thinking skills.Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively.Effective communication skills to interact with teams and stakeholders.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.Minimum RequirementsBachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of professional graphic design experience.U.S. Citizenship Required.BENEFITS AND HIGHLIGHTSAt ProSidian, we invest in our employees to help them stay healthy and achieve work-life balance.
