If you are interested, your core responsibilities include;Manage graphic design teamDeliver on-brand graphics for large projects and internal requestsPartner with Global Creative Director on graphics directionMaintain brand consistency and trend leadershipCreate brand and style guidelinesManage team tasks and project deadlinesCollaborate with Marketing on project strategiesProvide creative briefs aligned with Creative Director's visionReview and approve designer materialsImprove team processes and strategize timelinesDevelop and execute graphic team plansStay updated on design and video trendsRegularly update graphic assets across MarketingParticipate in Marketing creative and strategy discussionsDesired Skills & Experience;3-5 years of leadership experience managing a team to tight schedules in a fast-paced environmentUndergraduate degree in graphic design, art, advertising, a related field, or equivalent experienceGraphic design experience in the fashion industryExtensive knowledge and/or skills in graphic design and videographyStrong leadership skillsKeen attention to detail and excellent verbal & written communication skillsIn-depth knowledge of marketing and advertising principles We recognise that asking you to give 100% of yourself on a daily basis requires us to offer an amazing opportunity.
