Grants Processing Officer

We are currently expressing interest in potential upcoming recruitment for Grants Processing and Grants Administration Officers.
About the Role These positions will be located on the outskirts of the Brisbane CBD, conveniently accessible via public transport and parking.
The roles will involve a mix of Customer Service, Data Entry, and Compliance Administration.
Key Responsibilities: Review and process grant applications in line with departmental policies and funding requirements Maintain accurate records of grant applications, approvals, and funding distributions Coordinate communication with applicants, providing guidance on submission requirements and timelines Monitor grant compliance and reporting requirements, ensuring timely submission of necessary documentation About You We are looking for candidates who are flexible with their working hours, as shifts may be scheduled between 6:00 AM and 10:00 PM, Monday to Sunday.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
