Grants Officer (ASO5 - ASO6) Location: Adelaide Remuneration: ASO5 - ASO6 (commensurate with experience) Contract: 6 months, with flexible start dates available for the right candidate About the Role: In this key role, you'll be managing the operations of the agency's Grants Program, including the promotion, assessment, and distribution of grants.
This involves overseeing the full application and acquittal process, ensuring compliance with eligibility criteria, and maintaining accurate records in line with agency policy.
You'll also play an important role in reporting on grant outcomes and identifying areas for improvement to continually enhance the grant-making process.

Key Responsibilities: Coordinate day-to-day operations of the Grants Program, aligning with agency policy.
Manage the full grant lifecycle, from promotion to acquittal.
Prepare detailed reports on grant outcomes and provide insights to support process improvements.
Maintain clear and accurate records to support transparency and accountability.
About You: To succeed in this role, you will bring: Recent experience in grant and contract management within local, state, or Australian government (essential).
A detail-oriented approach to managing grant programs and agreements, especially during the EOFY variation process.
Enthusiasm for collaborative work within a high-performing team.
Demonstrated understanding of government procurement and tender assessment processes.
Strong communication skills to effectively manage relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Proven ability to balance competing priorities across multiple projects.
