Job Description Administer and manage grants, ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations.
Liaise with various departments and external stakeholders for grant-related matters & grant funding opportunities.
Prepare financial reports, budgets & payment schedules for grant activities.
Assist in the development and implementation of grant policies and procedures.
Monitor and track grant expenditure.
Participate in audits and provide necessary grant documentation.
Contribute to grant application processes.
Provide support for grant-related training initiatives.
The Successful Applicant A successful Grants Officer should have: A degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field.
Experience in grant management and administration.
Strong financial reporting skills.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Proficiency in using financial management systems.
