The OpportunityIn this pivotal 12-month role, you'll step into a position designed to support our Interim CEO during the maternity leave of our Founder. You will be the driving force behind securing essential funding streams through grants, philanthropy, and partnerships—key to ensuring the financial sustainability of our organisation. This role isn't just about securing income; it's about building and strengthening long-term relationships with funders and donors that will carry Ocean Mind forward.
Key Responsibilities:Apply for and secure grants to meet funding targets.Lead philanthropy fundraising efforts to develop new partnerships and sustain existing relationships.Maintain and nurture relationships with high-net-worth donors and key philanthropic partners.Collaborate closely with the wider team, especially the Events Fundraiser, to deliver cohesive and impactful fundraising strategies.Represent Ocean Mind at meetings and networking events to expand our network of supporters.Why Join Us?We're looking for someone who is not only skilled but also deeply connected within the fundraising and philanthropy sector.
