About this role
Due to internal career progression, we are now seeking a highly organised and adaptable Team Assistant to support our Brisbane Forensic Accounting team.
The Forensic Accounting team brings together a diverse group of accomplished professionals from a range of backgrounds, offering different perspectives and skillsets and collaborating under an ethos of inclusion and belonging. Our Brisbane team primarily undertakes Dispute Advisory assignments.
You will be a responsive individual with a 'can-do' attitude, who approaches problems with a solutions mindset. You display a high level of initiative, multi-tasking and adapting quickly to last-minute changes, and are able to anticipate the needs of your stakeholders before and as they arise.
Key responsibilities
In this fast-paced, varied role, you will undertake a range of tasks including (but not limited to):
General administrative duties, such as electronic filing and document preparation Provide support with diary management and organisation of meetings Assist with management of workflow systems Client onboarding Preparation of fees and client invoicing Preparation of correspondence and other documentation using technologies such as Adobe Reader Database and system management – update Salesforce CRM and other tools Skills and experience
Required
Previous experience in an office administration role within a corporate environment Conscientious with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail Refined organisational, time management and prioritisation skills Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Experience in the use of Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word Knowledge of Salesforce, APS, Concur and / or iManage If you're interested in this role but don't feel that you match every single one of our requirements, we would still love to hear from you and explore the unique skillset and attributes that you can bring to the team.
