The Role:  Grant Coordinator The Positive Ageing team at the City of Playford supports compassion, dignity and living life to the fullest.

As our Grant Coordinator, you will be the driving force behind leading and coordinating the day-to-day operations of our grant funded services.

What you'll be doing Providing hands on supervision, coaching and support to a range of staff who are committed to providing exceptional services to our community.
Leading the way in enhancing our grant funded services, ensuring appropriate balance between budget, outputs, and community benefit.
Monitoring and reviewing data to supporting reporting requirements and informed decision making.
Collaborating with other staff across Council and the industry to stayed informed of current and emerging trends, changes to legislative requirements and to meet our community's needs.
Turning feedback into fuel for constant improvement, ensuring a positive and proactive approach to leading our grant funded services.
What you'll bring to our team Previous experience in a similar role will help you with getting some quick wins on the board.
A good understanding of the Aged Care sector, legislation and funding requirements will help you with coordinating successful and exceptional services to our community.
An openness to doing things differently and being brave with flair and creativity.
Excellent communication skills with an ability to juggle responsibilities like a pro.
