Our nationwide, industry-leading client is looking for an experienced Head of Testing to lead a transformative initiative, building and scaling a testing function almost from the ground up. This Perth-based role requires a strategic leader who combines technical expertise with strong business acumen to drive a best-in-class testing strategy in a Microsoft-centric environment (Azure DevOps & Salesforce).
Key Responsibilities: Define and implement testing frameworks, including test cases and UAT processes. Establish a high-performing testing team, driving automation and operational efficiency. Align business and technical objectives, delivering quick wins and long-term solutions. Champion best-practice frameworks for secure and scalable systems development. Skills & Experience Required: Extensive experience in test leadership, including building teams and processes from scratch. Strong background in automation and manual testing approaches. Deep understanding of ITIL-based operational and change management. Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills and a consultative approach, skill in managing more difficult stakeholders.
