We are seeking an experienced Head of EPMO for a short-term consulting position (approximately 4 months) to lead the establishment and setup of an enterprise-wide Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO). In this role, you will be responsible for building EPMO capability, driving alignment across multiple business units, and enhancing project prioritization and governance processes. You will also focus on developing cohesive executive reporting mechanisms to ensure effective decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Establish and set up an enterprise-wide EPMO. Build capability and alignment across multiple business units. Improvement of project prioritization and governance. Develop and implement cohesive executive reporting frameworks.
Requirements:
Proven experience in establishing and leading EPMOs across large organizations. Strong expertise in project governance, prioritization, and executive reporting. Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate across diverse business units. Must have excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and inter-personal skills. Prior experience in "practical" industry settings including, but not limited to Utilities, Retail, Manufacturing or Logistics.
